Project & Event Manager for 2026 Summit

About the role

CEDRA Split is seeking a Project & Event Manager to lead the operational preparation and delivery of the 2026 Summit. The role requires juggling multiple processes, anticipating next steps, and delivering results independently, with on‑site presence in Šibenik during the event.

Key responsibilities

• Own the overall project plan, set deadlines, assign tasks and track responsibilities.
• Coordinate internal teams, external contractors, venues and suppliers.
• Manage communication with speakers, partners, sponsors and VIP guests.
• Oversee participant logistics including registration, accommodation and transfers.
• Coordinate technical production, on‑site logistics and operations.
• Track budget, contracts, invoices and payments.
• Lead regular coordination meetings and follow up on task completion.
• Identify risks early and develop contingency plans.
• During the Summit, direct on‑site operations and resolve issues promptly.
• After the event, collect feedback and prepare a final evaluation report.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event or project management for conferences, summits, festivals or complex projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, people and suppliers simultaneously.
• Highly organized, proactive and reliable, with a calm approach to tight deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Croatian (C1 level) – written and spoken.
• Willingness to be fully engaged during the final preparation stage and on‑site in Šibenik.
