Project Engineer – Electro/Automation Systems for Ships

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer specialized in electrical and automation systems for ships. The role involves designing, documenting, and developing cutting‑edge electro‑technical solutions for cruise vessels, yachts, offshore platforms and wind‑farm support ships.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed electrical documentation for offshore and maritime projects.
• Engineer electrical systems on various ship types, covering navigation, power, automation, safety, lighting and cable engineering.
• Communicate with international clients (Germany, Norway, Netherlands) and lead multi‑system projects on modern vessels.
• Work with the latest marine electrical technologies and contribute to the development of new ship systems.
• Occasionally travel for client meetings and site visits.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ship electrical design.
• Excellent command of English.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD for electrical drafting.
• Energetic, communicative and proactive attitude.
