About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic sales assistants to join our retail stores across several locations in Croatia. The role can be either full‑time or part‑time, depending on the specific store’s needs.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and provide friendly service
- Active selling and upselling of products
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions
- Label, arrange and stock merchandise
- Prepare displays for promotions and sales events
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shop floor
- Perform other general retail duties as required
Required profile
- Completed secondary education, preferably with a commercial focus
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar retail position
- Ability to work independently and adapt within a team
- Strong verbal communication skills with customers and colleagues
- Responsibility and flexibility in scheduling
