About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate / Store Manager to join our U.S.POLO ASNN shop located in Tower Center Rijeka. The role combines front‑line customer interaction with store‑level organization and leadership responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Labeling and arranging merchandise on the sales floor.
  • Preparing the store for promotions, sales events and markdowns.
  • Actively engaging customers, providing product information and driving sales.
  • Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the store.
  • Performing additional retail tasks as needed.

Required profile

  • Strong verbal communication skills with customers and team members.
  • High level of courtesy, patience and customer‑service orientation.
  • Responsible, flexible and able to adapt to changing store needs.
  • Preferably experienced in clothing retail.
  • Leadership and communication abilities.
  • Good organisational skills.
