About the role

We are expanding our team and looking for a responsible, communicative and motivated Sales Associate to work in both wholesale and retail environments. You will be the main point of contact for customers, providing technical advice and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Serve and advise customers in retail and wholesale segments, offering technical support.
• Prepare offers, orders, delivery notes, invoices and operate the cash register independently.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients while actively identifying new prospects.
• Control stock levels, ensure product availability on the sales floor and correctly label items and prices.
• Oversee receipt, quality checks and issuance of goods within the sales area.
• Achieve sales targets and suggest improvements for more efficient and higher‑quality operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
• Secondary education in economics, trade or a technical field.
• Strong communication skills, sales orientation and a team‑player attitude.
• Good organisational abilities and proactive work style.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Advantage: knowledge of electrotechnical products and lighting, plus English language proficiency.
