About the role
We are looking for a friendly and reliable sales associate to join our watch boutique in Zagreb. The role involves assisting customers, handling transactions at the cash register, and ensuring our premium watch collections are beautifully presented.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the cash register and process sales efficiently.
- Sell watches from renowned brands, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
- Maintain the visual presentation of displays and ensure products are well‑stocked.
- Engage with customers daily, answering questions and delivering excellent service.
Required profile
- Strong business communication skills.
- Friendly, communicative attitude with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
- Basic internet navigation skills.
