About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic sales associate to join our Ciciban footwear store. You will be the face of the shop, helping families find the right shoes for their children while ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Present the range of children’s shoes attractively and assist customers.
• Provide professional advice to shoppers during purchase decisions.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
• Receive, display, price and label merchandise.
• Prepare promotions, conduct inventory counts and manage stock.
• Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the sales area.

Required profile

• Cheerful, responsible and eager to learn and grow.
• Secondary education in commerce, economics or a related field.
• At least one year of retail experience; footwear sales is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, diligence and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Team‑player with a sales mindset.
