About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic salespeople to join our flower shop teams in Split and Zagreb. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, handling sales, cash transactions and the visual presentation of the store.

Key responsibilities

Communicate with customers and provide product advice
Operate the cash register and handle payments
Maintain the visual appearance of the shop
Create flower arrangements and decorative displays for various occasions
Label, stock and organise merchandise
Perform basic administrative tasks
Keep the premises clean and orderly

Required profile

Exceptional sense of responsibility and independence
Good spoken English
Excellent communication abilities
Basic computer literacy
High level of care when handling money
Attention to detail, orderliness, and an eye for fashion and design
Driving licence category B is a plus but not mandatory

Required skills

Basic computer operation
