About the role
The Benetton store in Arena Centar, Zagreb is seeking a motivated salesperson (m/f) to join the team. You will be the face of the brand, assisting customers, promoting products and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and advise customers on the latest collections.
- Maintain the sales floor, ensuring visual standards and product presentation are met.
- Process transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Friendly and communicative attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
