About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic sales associates to work in our Baby Center stores across Croatia. The role involves direct interaction with customers, handling sales transactions and maintaining the store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Actively sell products to customers and operate the cash register.
• Provide information and professional advice to shoppers.
• Prepare merchandise and the sales floor for display.
• Handle simple customer complaints and returns.
• Maintain the appearance of the shop, stockroom and window displays.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education (SSS).
• Willingness to learn; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Reliability, accuracy and perseverance.
• Good communication, friendliness and customer‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy, especially MS Office.
