About the role

We are looking for two enthusiastic salespeople to join our store in Split. The role combines front‑of‑house customer service with back‑of‑house product handling, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Weigh and label cured meat and cheese products.
• Stock shelves, fill displays and keep the sales floor organized.
• Check product quality, monitor expiration dates and ensure compliance.
• Assist customers, answer questions and provide friendly service.
• Maintain the fresh‑product counter and guarantee the availability of cured meats and cheeses.
• Keep the store clean and tidy at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education (SSS).
• Preferably previous experience in retail or food sales.
• Basic knowledge of at least one foreign language.
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills and a courteous attitude.
• Ability to work with a computer for basic tasks.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy (e.g., using POS systems, spreadsheets).
