About the role

Join Lidl’s store team as a Sales Associate, where you will interact directly with customers, handle transactions, and help keep the shop well‑stocked and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and provide friendly service to customers.
• Stock shelves and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor and surrounding areas.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (KV/SSS).
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Responsible, enjoys working with people and is a team player.

Required skills

• Basic cash handling.
• Customer service orientation.

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary of €1,430, guaranteed increase to €1,700 after 1‑2 years.
• 13th month salary equal to one gross monthly salary.
