About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to work at one of our retail locations in Zagreb, Dugo Selo or Resnik. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while handling food, beverage and other product sales.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, sell and serve food, drinks and other merchandise according to company guidelines.
• Provide professional advice to customers and manage product orders and inventory.
• Receive and control deliveries, maintain accurate sales records and contribute to sales growth.
• Handle stock discrepancies, conduct regular and special inventories.
• Perform duties in compliance with regulations, internal procedures and best business practices.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education.
• Strong communication and sales abilities.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
