About the role

Join Lidl’s team in Pregrada as a Sales Associate. You will work at the checkout, assist customers, keep the shelves stocked and ensure the store stays tidy and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and provide friendly customer service.
• Arrange and replenish merchandise on the shop floor.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the store and its surroundings.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (KV/SSS).
• Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Responsible, people‑oriented and a team player.

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary of €1,430, guaranteed increase to €1,700 after two years.
• 13th month salary equal to one gross monthly wage.
• Seasonal bonuses: summer (€535 net), Christmas (€400 net), Easter (€150 net).
