About the role

Tommy is looking for enthusiastic sales associates to join its retail network across numerous locations in Croatia. You will be the front‑line representative, helping customers find the right products and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations.
• Maintain store presentation, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash registers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
• Participate in inventory checks and store closing procedures.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (SSS) or equivalent.
• Responsible and reliable approach to work tasks.
• Dynamic, energetic attitude and willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong inclination for teamwork and cooperation.
