About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Lučko, Zagreb. The role involves direct interaction with customers in both retail and wholesale environments, as well as supporting our online shop.

Key responsibilities

• Sell a range of products to customers.
• Provide assistance to customers in retail and wholesale settings.
• Manage orders and customer interactions through the webshop.

Required profile

• Secondary school education in economics, commerce or trade.
• Preferably prior experience in a similar sales environment.
• Knowledge of the product assortment is an advantage.
• Highly developed sales and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, responsibility and willingness to work in a team.
• Energetic, motivated and open to continuous improvement.
