About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our footwear store in Dubrovnik. You will work alongside a team of experienced sales professionals, providing excellent service and product knowledge to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Sell footwear from the company’s assortment with a proactive approach.
• Provide accurate product information, advise customers and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Arrange and display merchandise attractively.
• Receive deliveries and perform quality checks on incoming stock.
• Handle cashier duties and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
• Continuously acquire new sales techniques and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Strong communication, friendliness and service orientation.
• Previous experience in retail or a similar role is preferred.
• Reliability, accuracy and a responsible work attitude.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Team‑player with excellent presentation and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Basic computer literacy.
