About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic sales professionals to join our retail stores in Zagreb, Split and Rijeka. As a Sales Associate you will be the face of our fashion and textile brands, helping customers find the right products while achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Focus on achieving sales results and meeting targets.
• Provide professional, open communication and courteous service to customers.
• Present and sell merchandise, handle payment transactions.
• Maintain a tidy, attractive sales floor and storefront area.
• Receive, unpack and organize stock for the store.
• Ensure correct product placement, price labeling and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare merchandise for sales, returns, discounts, inventory checks and control.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma in economics, commerce or textile studies.
• Preferably some experience in sales.
• Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Strong communication skills, responsibility, reliability and dynamism.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to continuously learn.
• Basic knowledge of a foreign language.
