About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our specialised medical‑products store in Zadar. The role combines direct customer interaction, product advice and administrative duties to ensure smooth store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with selection, measurement and application of medical devices.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and business partners.
• Process sales, prepare quotations, handle inquiries and manage invoicing.
• Order merchandise, control inventory and keep store documentation up to date.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse results and produce reports.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to store management.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma; higher education (e.g., physiotherapy, nursing, pharmaceutical technology, occupational therapy) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Good communication skills and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Internet browsing and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with Pantheon and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
