About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic sales advisors who are passionate about computers and IT equipment. You will work in our Zagreb stores, helping customers choose the right hardware, accessories, and mobile devices while delivering a positive shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on the selection of IT equipment (computers, components, peripherals, mobile phones, etc.).
• Present and sell products, create quotations and orders.
• Process sales transactions, issue invoices and handle payments.
• Communicate with customers via email and phone.
• Maintain the appearance of the sales floor and ensure product displays are up‑to‑date.
• Participate in training sessions organized by the company or its partners.
• Continuously work to create a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong interest and knowledge of computers and IT equipment.
• Willingness to learn and acquire new product knowledge.
• Result‑oriented with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Reliable, responsible, curious and open to teamwork.
• Previous retail or sales experience of 1‑2 years is a plus but not mandatory.
