About the role
We are opening a new Tom Tailor store in Zagreb and are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join our team. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers find the right clothing and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional advice to customers and assist them in selecting apparel.
- Present the product range according to Tom Tailor brand standards.
- Operate the cash register and manage cash transactions accurately.
- Receive, organize, and replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store.
Required profile
- Strong communication and sales abilities.
- Team‑oriented, courteous, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Willingness to learn and adopt new knowledge.
