About the role
M Plus is looking for an energetic Sales Advisor to join its telecommunications team in Zagreb. You will be the first point of contact for existing customers, informing them about new service features and guiding them through upgrade options.
Key responsibilities
- Contact and advise customers on the latest telecommunications offerings.
- Present upgrade possibilities with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Maintain high‑quality relationships with clients.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in customer‑facing or sales roles is preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office and general computer use.
- Strong motivation to meet results and sales objectives.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office
