About the role

The Sales Advisor works in a T Center, helping customers with telecom products and services. You will be the first point of contact, guiding visitors through their needs and offering appropriate solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the store and understand their requirements.
• Present and sell telecom products, accessories, and service plans.
• Provide clear information, answer questions, and resolve any issues.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming sales environment.

Required profile

• Strong interest in sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and patience to listen to customers.
• Problem‑solving mindset focused on achieving goals.
