About the role

Telemach Hrvatska is looking for enthusiastic Sales Advisors to promote its telecommunications products and services directly to private customers. The role combines phone and field sales, allowing you to build relationships and close contracts across several Croatian cities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct direct telephone and on‑site sales of telecom products and services to potential private customers.
• Achieve individual sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
• Create offers, negotiate terms and sign contracts with customers.
• Verify the correctness of signed documentation and resolve customer inquiries.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and sales abilities.
• Proactive, independent and goal‑oriented work style.
• Motivated with a strong focus on achieving targets.
• Team player who is comfortable using a computer.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (MS Office) proficiency.
