About the role

We are expanding our business activities and looking for two Sales Advisors to join our existing sales team in Zagreb. The role focuses on acquiring new subscribers for the legal portal LING, managing the full sales cycle, and supporting existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential subscribers, present the LING portal and close subscriptions.
• Handle all sales stages from initial contact, quotation preparation to contract signing.
• Provide customer support to subscribers and manage subscription renewals.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the annual sales plan.
• Report regularly on sales performance and market insights.
• Monitor market trends, competition and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the department head, sales team and development team.
• Assist in organizing webinars and mass mailings, providing administrative support during events.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics, law or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Independent, reliable, resourceful and strong communication skills.
• Team‑oriented, proactive and eager to learn.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Native Croatian and fluent English (spoken and written).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with graphic‑design platforms such as Canva.
