About the role
Design Furniture Kalea is looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join its team in Croatia. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert advice, identifying needs, and driving successful sales of furniture products.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional advice, recognize client needs and achieve successful product sales.
- Deliver detailed product presentations, explaining features, benefits and functionality.
- Work towards monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records using the company’s software system.
- Prepare quotations (pro‑forma invoices) and issue invoices through the software.
Required profile
- Secondary or vocational education in economics or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and presentation of furniture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- High motivation, pro‑activity, resourcefulness in a dynamic environment and result‑orientation.
