About the role

SE-MARK is expanding its retail team and is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to work in its stores in New Zagreb and Varaždin. The role is focused on direct customer interaction, promoting telecom services and consumer electronics, and delivering a high‑quality shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers daily inside the store and provide friendly assistance.
• Present, advise and sell A1/Tomato telecommunications products and services.
• Prepare quotations and guide customers to the most suitable solutions.
• Sell SE-MARK’s range of mobile phones and consumer electronics.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities both in‑store and through telesales.
• Contact customers to verify satisfaction after purchase.
