About the role

We are looking for a Sales Representative to promote and sell our hydro‑insulation products to merchants and contractors in the Istria region. The role involves building strong relationships with existing and new customers and supporting them with professional advice.

Key responsibilities

• Sell, actively promote and present products to merchants and contractors.
• Create and maintain excellent contacts with existing and new customers.
• Improve sales through professional customer consulting.
• Report on sales activities and monitor order fulfillment and payments.
• Drive sales growth and increase market share.
• Collect payments and expand the customer network.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, initiative‑taking, persistent and able to solve problems independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
