About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative (Commercialist) to drive the field sales of AdBlue and related equipment in Croatia. You will work directly with customers, support them technically, and help expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field sales of AdBlue, visiting clients and touring sites.
• Coordinate business processes with sales and logistics teams.
• Provide technical assistance for dispensing equipment and stationary storage tanks.
• Monitor market trends in the automotive sector.
• Expand the sales network by opening new points of sale and positioning products.
• Develop, track, and achieve sales plans and targets.
• Maintain daily communication with colleagues in Zagreb and on the field.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong affinity for field work and achieving sales goals.
• Excellent communication, openness, and teamwork orientation.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
