About the role

We are looking for a motivated and communicative Sales Representative for IT equipment to join our retail team in Zagreb. You will advise customers, handle inquiries, and support sales of computer hardware and related technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and serve retail customers on IT equipment.
• Receive and process inquiries via phone and email.
• Prepare offers, invoices and other sales documentation.
• Work with the Luceed business program.
• Present and arrange products in the sales area.
• Maintain the cleanliness and attractiveness of the display space.
• Prepare and deliver goods to customers.
• Monitor customer needs and propose suitable solutions from the product range.

Required profile

• Minimum completed secondary vocational education.
• Good knowledge of computer equipment and IT technologies.
• Basic or advanced knowledge of computer components and hardware.
• Developed communication and sales skills.
• Politeness, responsibility and professional approach to customers.
• Willingness to work in a team and acquire new knowledge.
• Preferably knowledge of English.
