About the role

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving commercial activities across Dalmatia and the islands, managing existing client relationships and acquiring new customers. The role involves field visits, market research and coordination with internal teams to ensure high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and commercial activities in the assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of customers, handling both existing accounts and new acquisitions.
• Research the market, analyse potential customers and monitor competitors to improve sales performance.
• Visit customers on site to understand their needs and propose technical solutions.
• Negotiate offers, prepare proposals and finalize cooperation terms.
• Assist in handling complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor receivables and take actions to secure timely payments.
• Enter sales activity data into the CRM system.
• Organise, coordinate and supervise logistics tasks, including procurement and distribution of goods.
• Coordinate the processing and fulfilment of customer orders.

Required profile

• Secondary to higher education (high school, college or university).
• 3–5 years of experience in similar sales positions, preferably in the HoReCa channel.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel across Dalmatia and the islands.
