About the role

The company is expanding its retail operations and is looking for five sales employees to ensure product visibility, availability and brand promotion in its stores.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
• Stock shelves, arrange merchandise and maintain attractive product placement.
• Check product quality and expiration dates.
• Assist and communicate with customers, providing service and product information.
• Keep the sales area clean and orderly.
• Monitor inventory levels and report replenishment needs.
• Verify pricing and promotional labeling.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Present and actively sell products to increase turnover.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in retail or sales.
• Good communication skills, friendly and courteous attitude.
• Reliability, accuracy and a neat appearance.
• Flexibility to work in two shifts.
• Responsibility and dedication to tasks.
