About the role

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to provide attentive, unobtrusive service to customers in our showroom. The role combines direct client interaction, order processing through our web‑shop system and maintaining the visual appeal of the sales area.

Key responsibilities

• Assist showroom visitors with a courteous and personalized approach.
• Record sales transactions using the online shop platform.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone or email.
• Keep the showroom tidy and ensure the window display remains attractive.

Required profile

• Experience in premium‑segment retail is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fluent in Croatian and English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
