About the role

This entry‑level position supports the investment fund management team with basic administrative duties, data entry and preparation for financial calculations. As a newcomer, you will gradually take on more specific fund‑management tasks under the guidance of an experienced mentor.

Key responsibilities

• Perform simple administrative tasks related to fund operations.
• Enter and maintain data in the company's systems.
• Prepare data sets for financial calculations and reporting.
• Assist the team with routine documentation and record‑keeping.
• Progressively learn and support concrete fund‑management activities.

Required profile

• Motivation to develop a career in finance.
• Proactive use of the English language in daily work.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
