About the role

The Prime Banker will manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, delivering tailored financial solutions and ensuring a premium service experience. This position combines advisory expertise with proactive sales of Prime products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the portfolio of Prime clients with complex financial needs.
• Advise and design personalized financial solutions that build trust and value.
• Actively sell Prime products and services while monitoring client satisfaction.
• Assess creditworthiness and make decisions in line with the bank’s highest standards.
• Maintain top‑quality service and resolve client requests professionally.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of banking experience, especially with credit and investment products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset, independence and pro‑activity.
• Commitment to building long‑term relationships and delivering Prime‑level service.
