About the role

The Reception Technician – Sales Associate works in the service reception area, handling product intake, dispatch and customer interaction. The role combines technical reception tasks with sales of additional equipment and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify and control incoming products in the service reception department.
• Issue and hand over products to customers or internal teams.
• Organise product pickups and deliveries through courier services.
• Promote and sell supplementary equipment and products from the company’s catalogue.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and users of service solutions.

Required profile

• Basic computer literacy.
• Responsible, tidy and service‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience is welcomed but not mandatory; motivated candidates without experience are encouraged to apply.
