Pricing Associate

About the role

Vertiv Croatia is looking for a Pricing Associate to join its dynamic team in Zagreb. You will work closely with presales, bid managers and project managers to deliver accurate cost estimates and pricing analyses for complex data‑center projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project cost estimates in coordination with the presales technical team.
• Collaborate with bid managers to supply price details for proposals.
• Support the after‑sales Change Order Request (COR) process.
• Conduct pricing analyses and comparisons for project revisions and repeat opportunities.
• Extract product and material costs from Oracle.
• Work under the supervision of a Pricing Specialist or Manager.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Economics or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query is a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of construction, especially data‑center technology and MEP systems (beneficial).
• Resilience under pressure, methodical and analytical mindset.
• Minimum B2 level English proficiency.
