About the role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Service Sales Representative to join our team in Zagreb. You will be responsible for managing existing service contracts for elevators and moving walkways, as well as acquiring new maintenance agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the status of existing service contracts and pursue new maintenance agreements.
• Prepare calculations, configurations and quotations for repairs and services within defined deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of offers, track their status and actively participate in tenders.
• Plan sales strategy in coordination with the sales department and sales manager.
• Advise clients on optimal technical solutions, equipment features and services.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from contract creation to documentation and client follow‑up.
• Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure timely hand‑over of new elevators and walkways for service.
• Report performance on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education in electrical, mechanical or economic fields.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar sales or service role.
• Excellent command of MS Office applications.
• Strong communication, presentation and sales abilities.
• Fluent spoken and written English (minimum B2 level).
• Motivated, proactive, organized and goal‑oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with solid analytical skills.
