About the role

The company is seeking a qualified lawyer to lead its legal department. You will provide comprehensive legal support to the Management Board, draft and review contracts, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support to the Management Board, including drafting decisions, proposing amendments to statutes, and aligning outgoing documents.
• Draft, review and harmonise all types of contracts.
• Prepare all kinds of submissions and other legal documents.
• Design the legal framework for relationships with customers (investors) and suppliers.
• Prepare and conduct land‑registry procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director.

Required profile

• University degree in law (VSS, Faculty of Law).
• Preferable knowledge of English.
• Proficiency with computer applications.
• Relevant work experience in similar legal positions.
• Experience in public procurement.
• Strong knowledge of tax and commercial law.
• High precision and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
