About the role

We are looking for a motivated Legal Advisor specialized in compliance to join our dynamic team in Zagreb. You will play a key role in safeguarding our business integrity by ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards, with a strong focus on data protection.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse legislative and regulatory changes and support their implementation.
• Develop, maintain and audit GDPR documentation, including records, policies, consents and impact assessments.
• Identify, assess and track compliance risks such as conflicts of interest and anti‑corruption issues.
• Draft and update internal acts, policies and procedures.
• Provide legal advice to management and staff on compliance matters.
• Design and deliver training sessions on relevant regulations and internal rules.

Required profile

• University degree in Law.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in legal functions.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• High level of integrity, precision, responsibility and a proactive work approach.
• Effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
