About the role

The Postal Worker (Poštar) is responsible for collecting, preparing and delivering mail and parcels to customers across designated areas. The role involves direct interaction with the public, handling cash on delivery, and using digital tools to track deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Collect incoming mail and prepare items for delivery.
• Deliver letters, parcels, cash on delivery items, and collect payments.
• Read consumer meter readings where required.
• Use smartphones, tablets or similar devices to load/unload parcels and document the delivery process.
• Perform deliveries by car, van, on foot, bicycle or motorcycle (up to 50 cm³).

Required profile

• Possession of NSS/SSS certification.
• Valid category B driving licence.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills are mandated; basic use of mobile devices for parcel handling is expected.
