About the role

The Assistant Sales Manager will support the sales leader in building long‑term relationships with key partners and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. This position involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain long‑term business relationships with key partners.
Assist in organizing, coordinating and monitoring sales processes.
Collaborate on the preparation of sales plans.
Prepare sales reports and analyse sales results.
Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate inventory.
Communicate with clients and government institutions.
Create and maintain a client database.
Execute sales activities in compliance with regulations and company policies.

Required profile

Higher education (VSS).
Previous experience in a similar sales support role.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel).
Advantageous knowledge of SAP.
Valid B‑category driver’s licence and willingness to travel to client locations.
