About the role

We are looking for a reliable and responsible assistant construction worker to support civil engineering projects in Zagreb and the surrounding county. The role involves hands‑on work on roads, footpaths, slope stabilization and other low‑grade infrastructure tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare sites and assist with construction activities on roads and footpaths.
• Support slope remediation and other civil‑engineering works.
• Perform field work that includes handling basic construction tools.
• Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure safe and efficient progress.

Required profile

• Reliable, punctual and able to work well in a team.
• Experience in construction or civil works is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work outdoors and perform physical tasks.
• Possession of a B‑category driving licence is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic construction tools operation (e.g., shovels, pickaxes, hand tools).
