Phone Sales Account Manager (f/m)

About the role

The Phone Sales Account Manager will drive growth of A1’s small‑business segment by promoting the full portfolio of products and services. You will work proactively with prospects and existing customers, using phone outreach and digital tools, and attend face‑to‑face meetings when required.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously increase market share among small business customers.
• Establish, maintain and improve business relationships with potential and current clients.
• Present A1’s product and service portfolio via proactive phone calls, digital platforms and on‑site meetings.
• Identify and act on upselling opportunities for existing customers.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market conditions to improve portfolio and processes.
• Own quantitative and financial results for assigned accounts and market potential.
• Develop personal sales competencies and knowledge of internal processes, offers and tools.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education in economics, technical or related fields (higher education is a plus).
• At least two years of sales and customer‑management experience, preferably in telecom, IT or ICT.
• Self‑initiative, responsibility, strong team spirit and willingness to continuously learn and adapt to telco trends.
