Pharmaceutical Production Operator (m/f)

About the role

JGL is looking for responsible, precise and motivated people for modern pharmaceutical production in Rijeka. You will work on products used for health in controlled, clean conditions, within a large team, with a mentor and clear expectations from day one. Experience is a plus but not required.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in producing pharmaceutical products according to GMP rules
• Prepare equipment and materials and operate automated lines
• Monitor production through the computer system
• Carry out process controls and keep the related documentation
• Keep the production area clean and tidy

Required profile

• Completed secondary vocational training in biomedical or technical fields
• Willingness to work three rotating shifts: morning 6–14, afternoon 14–22, night 22–6 (night shift paid 100% more)
• Responsible attitude, precision and tidiness
• Good time management; experience is a plus
