About the role
The company BAKMAZ d.o.o. is looking for a baker (male/female) to join its production team in Zadar. The role involves preparing a variety of breads and pastries and ensuring product quality and hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare different types of breads and pastries according to recipes.
- Select appropriate technology and ingredients for production.
- Arrange and pack finished products for distribution.
- Maintain personal hygiene and ensure cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
- Follow food safety regulations and internal hygiene procedures.

- Full‑time schedule – 40 hours per week with shift work.
- One day off per week.
- Regular salary payment by the 10th of each month.
