About the role

We are looking for a licensed civil engineer who will also act as project manager for our construction activities in Seget Donji. The role combines technical design, site coordination and financial monitoring to ensure high‑quality delivery of building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, site technicians and other team members to exchange knowledge and best practices.
• Monitor construction budgets, track expenses and manage project timelines.
• Stay updated on trends in construction materials and equipment.
• Control quality of executed works, record deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Lead coordination meetings on construction sites.

Required profile

• Licensed civil engineer (in Croatia).
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good English communication skills.
• Enjoy technical challenges and interacting with people.
• Highly responsible and able to work independently to solve problems.
