About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Systems Organizer to join our team in Zagreb. The role involves coordinating logistics operations, ensuring smooth execution of transport activities and supporting SAP Oil & Gas projects.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate and monitor logistics system activities.
• Align internal teams and external contractors for efficient logistics operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement of logistics processes and systems.
• Plan, supervise, analyze and evaluate operational logistics activities.
• Develop, implement and maintain protocols, procedures and work instructions.
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc logistics reports and analyses.
• Support the SAP Oil & Gas implementation project.
• Manage secondary transport of UNP, bottles, gasoline, diesel and KOEL.
• Track logistics statistics and key performance indicators.
• Verify transport and logistics invoices.
• Dispatch and manage daily transport operations.
• Optimize resource usage and control costs.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in logistics or transport.
• Knowledge of logistics and transport processes, preferably in oil derivatives, UNP and secondary transport.
• Ability to work with statistics and data management.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Data analysis and statistical reporting capabilities.
