About the role

The Postal Process Operator ensures the smooth handling of mail items from receipt to delivery. Working in a three‑shift environment, you will support the daily flow of parcels, bags, boxes, pallets and containers at the Vukovina hub.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, open, process and close mail batches.
• Perform manual and automated processing of shipments.
• Scan transport units such as bags, boxes, pallets and containers.
• Create processing records and exchange reports in the designated application.
• Assign and release mail carriers for their routes.
• Prepare parcels for hand‑over to delivery services and depots.
• Carry out additional tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.
• Work across three shifts: morning, afternoon and night.

Required profile

• Secondary school education (SSS) or equivalent.
