About the role

The Transport Planning Operator will be responsible for organising and scheduling inbound and outbound vehicle movements for Zagrebačka pivovara. The role involves daily communication with carriers and customers to ensure timely deliveries and efficient use of warehouse capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule arrivals of transport vehicles to the brewery.
• Communicate daily with carriers and customers, coordinating any changes to schedules.
• Monitor execution of the transport plan and react promptly to deviations.
• Arrange transport of promotional (POS) materials to sales outlets and customers.
• Process transport‑related requests and orders.
• Track inventory levels and plan loadings according to warehouse stock.
• Participate in calculation, control and reporting of transport costs.
• Attend daily transport planning meetings.

Required profile

• Completed secondary or higher education in economics, engineering or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, distribution or transport is an advantage.
• Organised, precise and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and comfortable collaborating with internal and external partners.
• Good command of English for business communication.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with other MS Office tools.

What we offer

• Monthly gross salary between 1 440 EUR and 1 680 EUR, depending on experience.
• 13th month salary, Christmas bonus (332 EUR net) and Easter bonus (80 EUR net).
• Performance bonus equal to 15 % of annual gross salary.
